More than Yoga on Wednesdays
I’ve never been a person who fits into rules –
and my classes are the same.
Rooted in women’s health and feminine energy, my sessions draw on my medical background as a midwife and years of experience in yoga and body awareness.
We work on pelvic floor health, hormonal and emotional balance, and the ability to stay soft yet strong in both body and spirit.
My practice unites the classical elements of Hatha yoga, the flow of Vinyasa, the softness of Yin yoga, and spiral-wave techniques that help open the body naturally, improve circulation and lymph flow, and support longevity and inner harmony.
Each session is unique – shaped by the energy of the group and the needs of the moment.
Each session we finish with something interesting- a short meditation, affirmation, or manifestation ritual to integrate the practice.
