Me & Mother is guided , video-based, body-centered meditative and visualization practice for women.

 

A powerful practice for working through internal blocks around accepting your mother  and, through this, accepting yourself and your feminine nature, your body more deeply.

This practice is designed to gently uncover emotional patterns connected to the mother relationship, self-worth, relationships, money, visibility, and the ability to truly receive love and support.

 

This session may support you if:

 

• you constantly find yourself in painful relationship patterns
resentment and emotional triggers often appear with your partner
• you feel difficulties accepting yourself, your body, your emotions, or your feminine nature
• you constantly feel the need to prove your worth or earn love
• you overgive, overdeliver, and place others before yourself
• you experience difficulties with money or receiving
• you struggle with visibility, self-expression, or showing yourself fully in the world
• you carry hidden resentment toward your mother or parents and feel that something important was missing emotionally
• you often feel the desire to change your mother, or improve her life, or save her, teach her, or show her “how things should be”.

Very often, before working deeply with relationships, money, femininity, or self-worth, we first need to look at the relationship with the mother.

This is why I consider the Mother Imprint Session one of the most foundational practices in this work.

 

The practice consists of two parts ant takes about one hour.

Please begin with part One before moving on to part Two.

Part two is a continuation of Part One, so it’s important to complete the first part .

 

In this practice, we gently release what is not truly yours what may have been unconsciously taken from the mother and no longer you.

This work supports the restoration of the inner and spiritual bond, helps to return to a sense of wholeness, and allows you to step more fully into your femininity.

 

 What you will experience

 

In this practice, you’ll may experience:

  • a deeper connection with your body and inner sensations

  • a sense of inner safety and grounding

  • gentle awareness of the mother–daughter bond

  • the release of what is not truly yours

  • increased clarity around your feminine nature

  • a feeling of softness, presence, and inner space

  •  

Each woman’s experience is unique.

You are invited to meet this practice in your own rhythm and depth.

 

Important

Please do not do this practice during a highly emotional or psychologically unstable state.

Because this session can bring suppressed emotions to the surface, it may intensify your emotional condition if you are currently experiencing severe emotional overwhelm, panic states, or depressive episodes.
