About Course

Take this course if you want to gain feminine wholeness, understand your inner woman, balance your feminine and masculine energies, move in harmony with your cycles and grow from a deeper place within.

 

This course holds everything I learned and lived through during the most difficult period of my life.

It includes the knowledge, practices, and inner work that helped me move out of survival mode – from constant tension, control, and over-functioning  into a deeper connection with myself, my body, and my feminine nature.

 

 

These are not abstract theories.

They are things life forced me to learn.

 

I gathered them from:

  • moments in hospitals
  • periods of emotional collapse
  • years of studying the body and nervous system
  • movement, observation, and real-life tests

 

This work helped me stop living in constant masculine overdrive and begin to feel my own power, softness, and inner stability.

It helped me awaken parts of myself I didn’t even know existed.

Everything I share in this course comes from the same tools and approaches I use in my private work with women and the ones where I consistently see real, lasting change.

 

The practices inside are deep, but safe.

They don’t require pushing, forcing, or breaking through yourself.

Nothing here depends on my presence or external guidance – everything can be practiced independently, in your own rhythm.

Techniques I give are meant to support your nervous system, your body, and your sense of inner safety.

 

And as a gift, at the end of the course you will have the possibility to ask me a personal question – so you don’t stay alone with your process.

This course is my way of passing on what truly helped me and other women – with care, honesty, and respect for your pace.

 

This course is for you if:

  • You are at the beginning of your feminine journey.
  • You feel the call to understand yourself deeper – your body, your emotions, your energy, but you don’t know where to start.
  • You may have tried yoga, breathwork, or different practices before, you collected pieces from many teachers, but they didn’t come together into one whole. Instead of feeling grounded, you felt overloaded.
This course is not about collecting more tools.

This course brings those pieces together, helping you understand how your body, energy, and inner world actually work as one.


This course is also for you if:

  •  You live mostly in your head, in planning, thinking, controlling
  • You often push yourself even when you’re exhausted, because you don’t know another way to be effective.
  • You feel guilty when you rest or slow down.
  • You believe your results depend only on discipline and effort.
  • You compare yourself to other women and feel “behind”
  • You crave softness, flow, and ease,  but don’t know how to access them.
  • You may look confident and put together on the outside, but inside you don’t fully feel connected to your body or your femininity.
  • You may feel tension or awkwardness when asked to move freely, sway your hips, or simply feel.
  • There may be shame, resistance, or confusion around femininity, especially around the pelvis, sensuality, or softness.
  • You may have heard that feminine energy lives in the body, in the hips, in presence, but your mind doesn’t fully trust it yet.

 


 

This course is also for you if:

  • You often attract passive or emotionally unavailable men.
  • You find yourself being the strong one, the organizer, the one who carries everything.
  • You rarely ask for help, because it feels safer to do everything yourself.
  • You want structure, but not rigidity.
  • You want depth, not performance.
  • You want to feel grounded, confident, and connected without forcing yourself into another version of “self-improvement.”
  • You often push yourself, even when you’re exhausted, because you don’t know another way to be effective.
  • You either don’t have any physical activity at all, or you only have one type of movement that you repeat again and again.
  • You don’t know how to plan physical activity in a way that supports you as a woman.
  • You may force yourself to exercise, or avoid it completely.
  • Listen to your body” sounds nice,” but you don’t really know what that means or how to do it in practice.

 

This course is not about becoming someone else.

It’s about returning to what already lives inside you  slowly, safely, and truthfully.
