What you’ll get
- Week 1 Foundation. Five core lessons unlock (Monday-Friday) to rebuild inner safety, reconnect you with your body, and break the convenience patterns at its root.
- Week 2 Integration & Embodiment. This is where embodiment begins. You’ll apply what you’ve learned. You move from insight to lived experience.
- Telegram chat group with other participants, where important materials will be shared and where you will be able to communicate.
- 1 year access to all lessons, 1 month access to the Telegram group after finishing the program, and one week of access to my guidance with the ability to ask questions and share concerns.
- 2 live meetings on Saturdays with the ability to ask questions (time will be discussed with the group). Recordings will be sent.
Live Saturdays
Embodiment, transmission & Q&A
During the reset, we will have two live sessions on Saturdays.
These are living meetings where:
• we practice together
• go deeper into embodiment
• integrate what is happening in the process
• and where you can ask questions and receive guidance.
If you cannot attend live, the recordings will be shared in the Telegram space.

Sunday as an integration day
Rest, embodiment & nervous system reset
Sunday is a free day.
No new practices will be sent.
This day is intentionally left open for:
• rest
• integration
• nervous system recalibration
• and allowing the body to absorb what is shifting.
This is an essential part of the intensive.

Introductory price – €99 (limited)
Only five women can join at the introductory price of €99.
Each woman who enters at the early stage, becomes part of the process itself.
After a payment is made, I personally connect with every participant
to understand where she is now and what she wants to shift.
This allows the work to be shaped with real presence, responsiveness, and depth.
Why this price
This is my first intensive in this format.
I am intentionally opening it at a lower entry point to keep the group small and the process personal.
As this format becomes fully established,
the price will increase.
Common Questions & Concerns
What if I’m not sure this intensive is right for me?
This intensive is created for women around 30 to 50+, though age itself is not strict or limiting. Inner readiness and inner resonance matter far more than age.
If you feel desire to
- remove stagnation and restore inner movement
- reconnect with your body, sensitivity and feminine energy
- release self-doubt, guilt, or inner pressure
- a desire to reconnect with yourself in a deeper way and improve your overall quality of life
This is right for you.
You do not need to be “ready” or “advanced”.
You only need a genuine inner willingness to participate.
Do I need any experience in yoga, meditation, or inner work?
No experience is required.
This is not a physical yoga program and not a technical training.
All practices are guided step by step and adapted to different levels of sensitivity and ability.
You are invited to listen to your body and move at your own pace.
What if my time zone doesn’t match?
Time zone is not a problem.
All practices and sessions are recorded and uploaded to the platform and shared with the group.
You can do the practices in your own time, on the same day or later, depending on your schedule.
The process is designed to support women from different countries and rhythms.
What if I don’t have much time during the day?
This intensive is created for real life.
The practices are meant to be integrated into your day without pressure or perfection.
Consistency matters more than duration.
You are encouraged to show up honestly, not ideally.
Will there be any live interaction?
Yes.
Once a week, on Saturday, we will have a group call.
The time will be chosen to suit most participants.
If you cannot attend the call live, you will still:
- receive the recording
- be able to ask questions
- and stay connected to the process
Sunday is a free integration day, allowing space for rest, reflection, and embodiment.
What if I can’t attend everything perfectly?
Perfection is not required.
This is not about doing everything “right”.
It is about staying connected to yourself and the process in a way that feels realistic and supportive.
Is this intensive therapy?
No.
This intensive is not psychotherapy and does not replace professional medical or psychological care.
It is a guided embodied and awareness-based process designed to support clarity, connection, and inner movement.
