Inner Feminine and Masculine. Restoring Balance
Dear woman,
I know how tired you are.
Tired of being the one who holds it all together. The plans, the people, the decisions. Tired of saying “I’ve got it” before anyone has even offered, and then being quietly angry that no one did.
I know how it feels to lie down at the end of the day and not be able to let go. Your body is in bed, and your mind is still working. Someone offers to help, and it feels harder to receive than to just do it yourself.
And I know the other side too. You keep going until you can’t. You crash, rest just enough to recover, and then pick everything up again.
It doesn’t have to be one or the other: holding everything, or falling apart.
In this lesson, I’ll show you how to live through both: your strength and your softness, your masculine and your feminine. In your body, not only in your head.
ABOUT THE LESSON
This is one of the core practices from my paid course, “The Living Woman.” Today I’m giving it to you as a gift.
Through a guided embodied practice, you’ll feel how these two energies live inside your body, how they talk to each other, and what happens when they move in balance. Not as a concept, but as something you can actually feel.
And you’ll start to notice them in your everyday life: when you’re holding on, when you could let go, and how to move between the two.
BEFORE YOU PRESS PLAY
Find a quiet space where no one needs anything from you. Wear something comfortable you can move in. Keep a notebook nearby for whatever comes up.
What did your body feel?
Did you enjoy the practice?
Did it bring you a little more into your body? Could you feel both energies, your strength and your softness, moving in you?
If you felt nothing, that’s okay. Come back to it another day. Your body may show you something completely different.
Change doesn’t happen in one day, but when you bring this into your everyday life, you’ll begin to notice the difference.
And if you still find it hard, and you feel you need deeper support and personal guidance, I invite you to share your story with me. We’ll meet for a conversation, and I’ll see how I can help you.
