Personal Coaching with Jule Minervah
A 3-Session Transformational Journey
In my experience, true transformation cannot happen in a single meeting. That is why my coaching program is built as a 3-session package — a complete process that takes you from awareness, through release, into clarity and direction.
Each session lasts 1 hour, and the full package is €225 (3 × 75) — instead of €300 (€100 per session).
Why 3 Sessions?
- Session 1 – Awareness & Diagnosis: We map out your main challenge and uncover the deeper patterns that hold you back. This is the foundation for everything we do next.
- Session 2 – Living Through It: We dive deeper — with guided movement, breathwork, and emotional release practices tailored for you. This is where shifts begin to happen.
- Session 3 – Clarity & Next Steps: We create a clear, personal plan together. You leave with not only understanding, but also the felt experience of what to do next, and the confidence to move forward.
The Process
- Fill in the Application Form: Share your current challenge and what you hope to receive.
- Intro Zoom Call (10–15 min, free): A short meeting to connect, ask questions, and feel into whether this journey is right for you.
- Schedule Your Sessions: We choose dates and times that work for both of us.
- Begin Your Journey: Three powerful 1-hour sessions, fully customized for you.
What Makes This Coaching Different
This is not traditional talk-based coaching where you sit and analyze. With me, transformation happens through the body, the breath, and presence.
You can expect:
- Guided conversation mixed with movement, breathwork, and embodiment practices.
- A unique flow, designed specifically for your situation, body type, age, and needs.
- A safe, supportive space to explore, release, and rebuild.
Practical Details
Before our session, please prepare:
- A quiet, private space where you feel safe to move and express yourself.
- Comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely.
- A notebook or journal for reflections.
Pricing & Booking
- 3-Session Package: €225 (3 × 50)
- Payment is made once, before the first session.
- I do not offer one-off sessions, because true transformation requires the full journey.
