Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing from Minervah Space.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any product or service.
Digital Products
All courses, workshops, meditations, downloadable materials, recordings, and other digital products sold through Minervah Space are delivered digitally.
Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.

Private Sessions
Private sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session are eligible for rescheduling or a refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
If a client does not attend the scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and no refund will be provided.
Coaching Programs
Coaching programs are designed as a transformational process and require commitment from both parties.
Clients may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that
- the coaching program has not yet started,
- no coaching sessions have been delivered,
- and no substantial program materials have been provided.
If a client decides to discontinue participation after the program has started, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basics.
Any approved refund will be calculated by deducting:
- the value of all coaching sessions already delivered,
- any completed program materials already provided,
- and any administrative or payment processing fees incurred.
